Spindle Document Distribution is an outbound document management solution for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, allowing businesses to simplify and improve their business processes - saving up to a day a week!
Their range of services allow businesses to:
- Send documents in batches or individually
- Provide electronic invoicing for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Distribute documents via multiple channels (email, print, archive or fax)
- Correct document templates chosen for different customer or supplier groups based on dimension codes
- Attach supporting documents to email (e.g. outstanding invoices with statements, promotional offers etc)
- Automatically ‘copy’ recipients into email communications, for improved communication
- To send email directly from the user's mailbox without having to be reviewed in the Drafts folder in Outlook
- Ensure emails are sent from a central email address, for example accounts@company.com
- Automatically archive documents to a specified network location, SharePoint or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Spindle can be used in conjunction with Jet Reports to create and distribute customised reports and is fully compatible with Microsoft Office 365
